Bowled over, in more ways than one

Students bowling

It has been a busy start to Module 5 for Sparta class, with a trip to Rochester Bowl and meeting pups in school.

In recognition of outstanding efforts and accumulated class points, Sparta class had a great day out at Hollywood Bowl, taking each other on in 10-pin bowling. Students showed tenacity and enthusiasm as they sought the ultimate strike. As always, all our students represented Milestone with excellent behaviour and sportsmanship.

Sparta Class already has the benefit of regular visits from therapy dog Betty. But during her first weekly visit of Module 5, the class were also visited by seven brand new dachshund puppies. This was a great experience for the students. They took great care handling and observing the pups. Even our Principal, Sarah, could not resist a cuddle when she joined the class that morning!
