Students from Milestone @ Sir Geoffery Leigh Academy had the incredible opportunity to play at the Gallagher Stadium, home of Maidstone United Football Club. Our students participated in an Inclusive Football tournament, an event designed to promote participation, sportsmanship and provide a fantastic experience for all abilities.
The event was a huge success, and throughout the day, the Milestone students showcased exceptional resilience and teamwork with students supporting each other and celebrating each other’s successes. Their determination was palpable, as they gave their absolute best in every single element of the day. The students represented Milestone with immense pride and were true ambassadors for the school community.
A tremendous well done and congratulations to all the students who took part. Their positive attitude and outstanding effort made the day unforgettable and highlighted the power of inclusive sport.
