Students immerse themselves in an out-of-this-world theatre experience

The central focus is a complex acrobatic pose involving two performers. One performer, dressed in the green and pink creature costume (previously identified as the "elongated creature" and the "green creature"), is lying on their back on a mobile platform or bed-like prop. The other performer, dressed in the white astronaut-like suit, is balancing on their hands on the feet of the green/pink performer, performing a handstand or a similar inverted pose. Pupils at Milestone@Wilmington recently had the amazing opportunity to enjoy a visit from the Circo Rum Ba Ba Theatre Company, who treated them to an immersive and interactive performance set in outer space!

During the course of the day, our pupils took part in a creative workshop, where they let their imaginations soar as they created space-themed props for the performance. From marvellous asteroids to fantastic rocket ships and even astronaut suits, the creativity demonstrated by our students was truly out of this world!

The performance itself was both engaging and enchanting. The performers took the pupils on  a journey through space, encountering extraordinary extra-terrestrial beings along the way. It was a fantastic experience that sparked curiosity and joy in every one of the students involved.
