M@SGLA students recently participated in the ‘Youth Coping with Challenges’ Workshop, delivered by the British Red Cross, and what an incredibly valuable experience it proved to be. The session was highly engaging, with practical activities and team-based challenges that encouraged students to actively develop skills in resilience, staying calm, feeling safe, and supporting each other. Our young people were fully involved throughout, showing great enthusiasm and commitment as they allowed their curiosity to lead them. This interactive and meaningful workshop equipped them with essential tools they can apply both in school and in their everyday lives. It was a truly enriching experience for all involved.
