Milestone @ The Leigh Work Experience at Russell Court Care Home

On Monday 8th January, six students from M@L participated in a valuable work experience opportunity at Russell Court Care Home in Longfield. These students displayed high levels of confidence and engagement while connecting with residents. It was particularly pleasing to observe that students were able to transfer and generalise the skills acquired in the classroom, demonstrating a practical application of their knowledge in a real-world setting. Both the residents in the care home and our students had a great time, sharing laughter and moments of real joy, during this mutually enriching experience.
