Red Nose Day is always a welcome event in the school calendar and this year was no exception. Back in March, for Red Nose Day, we enjoyed fundraising activities across the whole school. All students and staff participated in ‘wear your own clothes’ day, along with a range of sponsored activities to raise money for Comic Relief.
There was an atmosphere of fun in every corner of Milestone and our satellites. Phase 1 and Stepping Stones boogied through a sponsored dance off, activities in class and a biscuit decorating competition. Phase 2 and M@DPA enjoyed a range of Red Nose Day games and activities in class. Phase 3 and M@L defied gravity in a sponsored bounce, while Phase 4 and M@W enjoyed an afternoon of Red Nose Day themed activities.
All our students embraced the day and the opportunity to ‘do something funny for money’. After a day of much amusement, we are thrilled to share that we raised a grand total of £684.50 for Comic Relief!
