M@SGLA recently hosted an exciting rounders tournament, where the irrepressible team spirit was boosted by the welcome return of ex-students Ky’ren and Charlie, who came back to help run the event. Despite the hot weather, the students had an absolute blast, keeping their energy high from the first hit to the final home run. To beat the heat, we ensured everyone took regular hydration breaks and stayed refreshed with plenty of fresh fruit. This focus on wellbeing perfectly demonstrated what it means to be balanced learners, showing our students how to give their all in a competitive sport while mindfully taking care of their bodies and health.
